1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a VibeLink account, you agree to these Terms. VibeLink is a social platform for adults (18+) to connect. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the app.
2. Safety & Eligibility
To use VibeLink, you warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have never been convicted of a felony or any crime involving violence or sexual misconduct.
- You will comply with the laws of Zimbabwe and your local jurisdiction.
3. Content & Zero-Tolerance Policy
You are solely responsible for the content you post. VibeLink has a zero-tolerance policy for:
- Sexually explicit or pornographic material.
- Hate speech, harassment, or bullying.
- Fraudulent activity or impersonation.
4. Rights You Grant Us
By posting photos or a bio on VibeLink, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, and display that content specifically to provide the service to you and other users. You retain ownership of your content.
5. Reporting & Blocking
VibeLink provides tools to keep you safe:
- Blocking: You can block any user at any time to prevent further interaction.
- Reporting: Use the 'Report' flag on any profile or message to alert our safety team.
6. Limitation of Liability
Use at your own risk. VibeLink does not conduct criminal background checks. We are not liable for any damages, physical harm, or emotional distress resulting from your interactions with other users, whether online or in person. Always meet in public places and prioritize your safety.
7. Subscriptions (Plus & Elite)
Payments are handled via the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are subject to the respective store's policies.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Harare.
