Welcome to VibeLink. We prioritize your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, process, and protect your info. By using VibeLink, you consent to these practices in full.

• Age: You must be 18+ years old.
• Safety: No felony or sex crime convictions.
• Compliance: You must follow all applicable laws in Zimbabwe.

Accounts of ineligible users will be terminated immediately.

Data You Give Us:

• Registration (Name, email, phone, DOB).
• Profile (Gender, interests, bio).
• Media (Photos and videos).
• Messages sent within the app.

Data Collected Automatically:

• Device model, OS, and IP address.
• Approximate location (with your consent).
• App usage and performance metrics.

To work properly, we request access to:

• Geolocation: To show you nearby matches.
• Camera/Gallery: To upload your profile photos.
• Face Detection: On-device detection to ensure authentic photos.

We share data with trusted service providers to run VibeLink: Google Firebase (Authentication, Database, Analytics), RevenueCat (Subscription management), and Google ML Kit (On-device face detection). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

VibeLink operates in compliance with the Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07] of Zimbabwe. We ensure that your personal data is collected fairly and for specific purposes.

Our face detection for verification is performed entirely on your device. We do not store or transmit biometric 'face prints' or templates to our servers.

Following account deletion, your data is permanently removed from our active databases after a 7-day grace period. We may retain certain information (like transaction records) for a longer period if required by law or for fraud prevention.

VibeLink is not intended for anyone under 18. If we discover that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with info, please contact us.

By using VibeLink, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed on servers located outside of Zimbabwe.

We use your info to:

• Create your account and match you with others.
• Facilitate secure messaging.
• Improve the app and process payments.
• Keep the community safe and prevent fraud.

You stay in control:

• Access: View your data at any time.
• Delete: Use 'Delete Account' in Settings or visit our Web Portal.
• Grace Period: Permanent deletion takes 7 days.
